Dan Peart: Team Leader and Broker Associate


In the time that Dan Peart has been working as a Realtor in California, he has seen a full range of market conditions, from the height of real estate to the recent economic downturn. Throughout that time, he has remained one of the strongest Realtors in Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Diego counties. Using multiple channel marketing, Dan and his team are able to work with several properties, all while assuring excellent service and results. Most properties sell within 30-45 days, at 90%-140% of the original listing price. Alma’s 20 years of experience in real estate sales, transaction management and mortgage processing offers extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. Alma offers an outstanding level of detailed attention to her client’s needs by guiding them through the buying and selling process. Her passion for helping others is naturally conveyed, establishing trust and confidence in her ability and support.

Throughout her career, Alma has worked with the top producing teams in Southern California assisting them in growing their business to being the top 5% Nationwide. She has sold properties throughout the state of California, primarily in San Diego County, Los Angeles County and Contra Costa County. Alma was recently awarded the DAOR Top Producer 2016 award. Alma has successfully navigated through various market changes and embraced the downturn as an opportunity to help those in need. Alma is known within her peers for her tenacity, drive and honesty. Fabi Piacenza: Executive Assistant


Fabi’s nature is to nurture. Fabi enjoys working closely with people and assisting them with their needs. She is also a lover of the arts in every form. Growing up in Los Angeles allowed her to consume all of the city’s richness and culture where she drew inspiration while she developed professionally in advertising and later in the entertainment industry. She served her community as a spokesperson for a national bilingual publication that catered to Hispanic women. Fabi is a dedicated advocate for her favorite non-profit organization, bringing art as a healing tool for trauma survivors. Her social nature and passion for art combined with helping people as a volunteer is one of her most gratifying commitments.  She has brought her natural instinct and creativity to every new endeavor with a humble approach. Today, she and her husband are enjoying a fresh start in their new home town of Temecula where Fabi is very excited to have the opportunity to learn and contribute creatively and support her peers to bring a smooth transition and a unique experience for families buying or selling their homes as she begins her new journey at Keller Williams Real Estate.

 Laura Kudo: Director of Client Services

Laura KudoOur Client Services Division of ‘Christina Banaga Real Estate Group ’ is operated by Laura Kudo. Having had a hand in many aspects of the business over the last twelve years from Relocation Coordinator to currently acting as the Director of Client Services, Laura is well prepared to exude her creativeness to meet both agent and client expectations alike. Being a Southern California native, Laura has great knowledge of the local communities and resources they offer, making herself an asset for both our buyers and sellers alike.  Laura is also experienced in military transactions as her husband is an active duty member of the USMC, giving her the opportunity to assist other military families with PCS moves or veterans looking to relocate.  Laura’s passion and enthusiasm for life can be attributed to her most recent success as a breast cancer warrior.  She exudes the same for every client she meets bringing a positive energy to our team and clients.  “In my past life, being able to assist agents or clients when they are feeling overwhelmed with all the ‘To-Do’s of the day, and it’s just one little thing that I can contribute like creating a quick marketing piece or offering to deliver documentation so our clients are not inconvenienced; it takes a huge stress off their day.  That’s what I love most about this business is being an additional support system for wherever I can close the gaps.”  Laura’s attention to detail and enthusiastic personality allow her skill set to exude through unparalleled customer service; what the ‘CBREG’ stands for.
